Yet another fun session with Feng baking something! This time it’s no longer cookies. It’s muffins! And we are taking the easy route as beginners this time by using Betty Crocker Muffin Mix! (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ

Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Muffin

Below is the modified recipe for yummy chocolate chip muffins from Betty Crocker’s muffin mix!


  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
  • ½ cup water


  1. Heat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) or 190 degrees C (375 degrees F) if using a dark or non-stick pan.
  2. Place mini muffin cups on a non-stick pan.
  3. Stir muffin mix and water until well mixed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups, filling each 3/4 full for a puffier-looking muffin.
  5. Bake 16 to 21 minutes or until golden brown and tops spring back when lightly touched.
  6. Cool muffins for 2 minutes in the pan before carefully removing them from the cups.
  7. Cool completely before storing.

Things to Note

The muffin mix from Betty Crocker contains wheat, egg, milk and soy ingredients. So for those who have allergies, do take note.
